Your photoshoot

Studio rental for photoshoots

Minimum rental time – 1 hour.

You may arrive at the studio no earlier than 10 minutes before your reserved time.

Rental time begins from the start of your reservation, not from arrival or the beginning of the photoshoot.

If you leave the studio earlier, the price remains the same.

In case of lateness, rental time will not be extended. If the studio is not vacated on time, an additional half-hour fee will be charged after 15 minutes.

Extension of rental time is possible only if the studio is available and the additional time is paid for immediately after the session.

Hourly rate:

Weekdays (Mon–Fri) – €25 / hour (each additional hour – €15)
Weekends and public holidays – €35 / hour (each additional hour – €25)

For public and private events

Studio rental for classes and events

Prices for renting the studio for events, lectures, or masterclasses may vary depending on the time, duration, and individual arrangements.

Each event is coordinated separately to ensure the most comfortable conditions and the best possible solution.

The space can comfortably accommodate:

up to 20 people for masterclasses
up to 25–30 people for events and lectures

Packages:

Mini – 3 hours: €5 per person (for groups up to 15 people)
Half day – 4–5 hours: €80 (weekends and public holidays €100)
Full day – 8–10 hours: €120 (weekends and public holidays €170)

Additional services:

Assistant – €15 / hour
Extra backdrops or props – €10–€30
Cleaning after heavy use – €25

Additional information:

The price includes access to the entire studio area with a 5 m white cyclorama, large windows, and natural light.
Free parking is available next to the building.
The studio features a small kitchen, tea, coffee, sink, table and chairs, and air conditioning — everything needed for a comfortable working and relaxing environment.
Invoices can be issued upon request.
Reservations are confirmed with 100% prepayment.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable.
Reservations can be rescheduled up to 72 hours before the booked time.

How to book LUAR Studio:

Choose a date and time.
Send us a message via Instagram – @LUAR_PHOTOSTUDIO or WhatsApp: +371 20312639, indicating your desired date, time, and purpose (photoshoot, lecture, event, etc.).
Receive confirmation. We check studio availability and confirm your reservation.
Make 100% prepayment. Your booking is secured only after the payment is received. Payment can be made via bank transfer to Swedbank.
Receive access information. After payment, we will send you all the necessary details.
Come and create!

The studio will be prepared, clean, and ready for your creative work.
