These Photo Studio Terms of Use were last updated on November 12, 2025, and apply to all clients using LUAR photo studio services.

1. General

• Minimum rental time – 1 hour.
  
• You may arrive at the studio no earlier than 10 minutes before your reserved time.
  
• Rental time begins from the start of your reservation, not from arrival or the beginning of the photoshoot.
• Leaving earlier does not reduce the price.
• In case of lateness, rental time will not be extended.
• If the studio is not vacated on time, an additional half-hour fee will be charged after 15 minutes.
• Extension of rental time is possible only if the studio is available and the additional time is paid for immediately after the session. 

2. 2. The Space

• Climbing on the curved part of the cyclorama is strictly prohibited.
• Street shoes are not allowed inside. 
• Please use clean indoor shoes or socks. 
• If shoes are used during the photoshoot, the soles must be covered with protective tape to avoid damage to the floor or cyclorama. 
• Smoking, burning candles, or using smoke in the studio is strictly prohibited. 
• Confetti, glitter, or powdered decorations are not allowed. 

Violation of these rules will result in a €100 fine. 

3. Belongings and Responsibility

• Bringing food and drinks must be approved by administration before the reservation. 
• Small snacks or coffee are allowed only with permission and outside the cyclorama area. 
• Clients are fully responsible for all props, backdrop rolls, decorations, and equipment. 
• In case of damage, an invoice will be issued for repair or replacement. 
• Paper backdrops: if rolled on the floor, a fee of €10 per soiled meter will be applied. 
• Studio equipment must be left in the same condition it was received. 
• Cleaning or damage fees will apply for dirty or damaged areas. 
• If you notice dirt, damage, or missing equipment before the photoshoot, notify administration immediately. 
• Safety: LUAR is not responsible for personal belongings or equipment. 

4. Additional Rules

• Events, lectures, and art evenings are allowed with prior approval from the LUAR team. 
• Animals are allowed but must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. 
• The owner is fully responsible for cleanliness and any damages. 
• Loud music or noise should be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing other tenants. 
• For security reasons, the studio is under video surveillance. 

Any rule violations will be recorded by security cameras. 

5. Reservations and Payments

• Reservations are confirmed with 100% prepayment. 
• Confirmation is valid only after payment is received. 
• If a reservation is canceled less than 48 hours before the booked event, the payment is non-refundable. 
• Reservations can be rescheduled to another date if notice is given at least 72 hours before the scheduled time.
